So this guy goes to the doctor.  The doc says “I’ve got bad news for you and I’ve got worse news.” 

The guy says – “Okay – what’s the bad news?” 

Doc says “You’ve got 24 hours to live.”

Guy says “That’s TERRIBLE!   What’s the worse news?”

Doc hesitates . . . . “Well, I should’ve told you yesterday.”
